ARSOW-Nepal has always dedicated itself for the betterment of the people living in the rural belts. In this backdrop with the financial support from Poverty Alleviation Fund it has been implementing livelihood support and infrastructure development project in three VDC’s of Sindhupalchowk district. The projects aim at supporting the locals with the income generating activities along with construction of the public infrastructure.

The project being implemented in Ghumthang, Gunsa and Thangpaldhap VDC’s has nine programme at present—six related to income generation and three that of infrastructure development. As many as 1,121 people from 175 households from the three VDC’s will directly get benefitted from the project. The ARSOW-Nepal during the project period will also orient locals about the activities the PAF is carrying out and provide them information regarding the social auditing among others. The project continued for a year starting January 2016.
